FRIED GOAT CHEESE, STRAWBERRY & WALNUT SALAD

the first time I made this I was not thrilled with the taste of the bread coating on the cheese, it seemed like it was missing something, so this time instead of plain bread crumbs I used seasoned, I got this recipe from the bite site.
it was rather warm today and I did not feel like cooking, so I made the strawberry walnut salad, I made a large one for the both of us, this is totally easy, enjoy

fancy lettuce( or not)
strawberrys(sliced)
walnuts(you can also do what you like)
Chevrai goat cheese(4 oz) CHEVRAI IS FRENCH FOR GOAT CHEESE
panko
seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
3 tbsp flour

arrange the lettuce on the plate, slice the berrys and walnuts, at this point I make the dressing, if there is a dressing you like better use it, but this is very easy, honey, evoo, pepper & lemon juice, all to taste, I did not measure for the dressing, sorry, then set it aside, now get 3 small plates or bowls, one bowl put the flour in, the next the panko & bread( 1-1) crumbs, the third the egg( scramble it), now slice the cheese, dip first in the flour very well, next the egg mixture MAKE SURE THE EGG COVERS THE CHEESE AND STAYS ON!, then dip in the panko, fry on med heat with oil till golden brown, lay on paper towels and arrange the plate. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SALADS I HAVE EVER MADE!

I just tried goat cheese, and to my horror I didn't like it that much. However, if I make it like this, maybe I'll have better luck!
